Happy Trails Resort is a gated community of 55+ active adults from all walks of life. Residents enjoy the Surprise, AZ area and the amenities of our Resort. Our clubs represent a spectrum of interests from arts and crafts, to cards, fitness, games, music, sports and vehicle groups. Our Performing Arts Center hosts a large variety of activities, many of which are open to the public. Enjoyable entertainment as well as events like Vendors’ Day, the first Friday of every month, happen at the PAC. Our full-service on-site restaurant is conveniently adjacent.

Happy Trails surrounds Great Eagle Golf Club, an 18-hole par 72 public golf course. The Resort is located near the new Surprise Recreation Center, home of Cactus League spring training for the Texas Rangers and Kansas City Royals.

To see our beautiful Resort, you may arrange a Stage Coach Tour. View our facilities, visit clubs in their workspaces, and meet some of our great residents. You can also get a glimpse of Happy Trails by contacting any of the many real estate offices in the area.
